Discover the sights, sounds and flavours of Speyside on a private day trip for up to 4 people.
This is more than simply a visit to Glenfiddich. We can create a full day around your whisky interests, taking in the craft of the cooperage, the historic town of Dufftown and one of Scotland's best-known distilleries.
With your own private driver and vehicle, you can relax and enjoy the day while we take care of the driving.
Start with the Speyside Cooperage
For this itinerary, we suggest booking a mid morning experience at the Speyside Cooperage.
Here you can discover the traditional craft of making and repairing the oak casks that play such an important part in the production and maturation of Scotch whisky.
You book and pay for your Cooperage experience directly with the Speyside Cooperage.
Once you have your booking confirmed, send us the date and time, and we'll work the rest of your day around it.
Explore Dufftown
After your Cooperage visit, we'll continue to Dufftown, the heart of Speyside's whisky country.
This gives you time to explore the town, take a look around the local area and stop for lunch before your Glenfiddich experience.
Lunch is entirely at your own expense, so you can choose where you'd like to eat and what you'd like to spend.
Then it's time for Glenfiddich
After lunch, we'll head to Glenfiddich Distillery for your chosen distillery experience.
You book your Glenfiddich experience directly with the distillery in advance. (suggested time would be early afternoon)
Send us your confirmed date, time and experience details, and we'll make sure the rest of your itinerary works around it.
With the Cooperage and Glenfiddich both forming part of the same day, we'll allow plenty of time between your bookings so you're not rushing from one experience to the next.
Finish the day at The Foghouse
Once your Glenfiddich experience is complete, we'll begin our journey back towards Aberdeen.
Before heading home, we can make a final stop at The Foghouse in Inverurie — the perfect place to relax after a full day in Speyside and, if you wish, enjoy a final dram.
Then we'll continue back to Aberdeen.

Your private vehicle and driver are available for the day, giving you the freedom to enjoy the journey at your own pace.

Aberdeen → Speyside Cooperage → Dufftown & lunch → Glenfiddich Distillery → The Foghouse, Inverurie → Aberdeen

Once you have your confirmed Cooperage and Glenfiddich booking times, send them to us and we'll work out the rest of your day.
Please note: the price of the private day trip does not include admission to the Speyside Cooperage or Glenfiddich Distillery, lunch, food, drinks or any other attraction admission. All experiences and meals must be booked and paid for directly by you in advance or at the relevant venue.
